Which tier is right for me?
If you have one dilemma or a single room, start with a Consultation. If you want the plan but will execute yourself, choose Concept & Sourcing. If you want us to run the whole renovation, that's Full-Service. Still unsure? Tell us the project and we'll recommend a starting point.Can I move up a tier mid-project?
Absolutely — many clients begin with a consultation and expand into full-service once they see how we work. Fees from an earlier tier are credited toward the next.Do you charge for the initial inquiry?
No. The project inquiry and our first call to scope the work are complimentary. Paid work begins once we've agreed on a tier and signed a letter of agreement.
